The store itself was fine and the staff seemed friendly enough, but most of the things I went in for were out of stock. It’s frustrating when you make a trip expecting to grab a few basics and leave with almost nothing. I’d probably come back if they kept items stocked better.

I bought this from mbrpautomotive.com thinking the install would be straightforward, but wow, it ended up being a lot more frustrating than I expected. The parts didn’t line up very well and the instructions were unclear, so I kept having to take things back apart and try to figure out what they meant. I felt a little embarrassed because I thought I could handle it on my own, but I ended up needing help just to get it installed. For me, it really wasn’t worth the headache...

I was hoping this would hold up better, but it started rusting quickly. Kinda a letdown, and I’m not too impressed.

I was disappointed with this. It made it through one winter and then the metal started rusting, which is terrible timing because I was just getting ready to use it again. I expected it to hold up longer than that...

I ordered this exhaust because the site specifically said it would fit my truck, but that definitely wasn’t the case once I got it. Nothing lined up the way it was supposed to, and I ended up having to do extra work just to get it mounted. Frustrating after waiting for it and expecting a straightforward install. If they’re going to promise fitment, the info needs to be a lot more accurate.

I ordered this exhaust thinking it would be a clean fit, but of course I ended up dealing with the one that had rough-looking welds and a hanger that didn’t line up quite right. I had to spend way more time messing with it than I should’ve, which was frustrating.
It does work for now, so I guess I can’t say it’s complete junk, but for what I paid I really expected better build quality. Just feels like I was the unlucky one who got something that should’ve been checked better before it shipped.

I found it way too loud, especially on the highway. Compared to what I’m used to, the constant droning sound got annoying quickly.

i mean, the truck felt pretty much the same after I installed it. I was hoping to notice some kind of improvement, so I’m disappointed.

The only reason I’m going with 4 stars is that the tracking updates were a little slow. Other than that, everything arrived fine and I’d feel comfortable ordering from them again.

I’d save your time if you’re expecting quick warranty help. I waited weeks just to get brief, unhelpful replies, and my issue still hasn’t been fixed. Frustrating experience overall.
